Pachuca Musician's DTS March-August 2011

*Every DTS consists of some very similar components, as will the “Musician’s DTS.” The difference with the music focus is that aside from the normal DTS topics mentioned above, there will be various teachings and training targeted to musicians and/or the artist heart. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MUSICIAN TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS DTS.
There will be some instrument/vocal training; however, the main focus of the school remains the same as every other DTS: knowing God and making him known. We will learn to do this through creative and innovative ways (including music and the arts), and will aim to give each student the best opportunity to grow in their relationship with God and discover their gifts and how to best use them for God’s glory. Class topics might include: Relationships, Nature and Character of God, Father Heart of God, Worship, Music Theory, Biblical Worldview, etc. Music and the arts is a fascinating part of who God is, and whether you are a musician or not, you will have an opportunity to discover more of who God is and who God wants you to be in every area of life.

*Cada EDE consiste de ciertos componentes comunes, tal como la “EDE con Enfoque en Música” hará. Lo que hace la “EDE de Música” única es que, aparte de las enseñanzas mencionadas arriba, habrán enseñanzas y entrenamiento enfocados en músicos y/o el corazón del artista. NO TIENES QUE SER MÚSICO PARA PARTICIPAR EN ESTA EDE.
Sí habrá algo de entrenamiento para instrumentos/voces, mas el enfoque de la escuela será lo mismo que las otras EDEs: conocer a Dios y darlo a conocer. Lograremos esto a través de varias maneras creativas e inovadoras (incluyendo a través de la música y el arte) e intentaremos dar a cada estudiante la mejor oportunidad para crecer en su relación con Dios y descubrir sus dones y como utilizarlos para la gloria de Dios. Los temas de las clases pueden incluir: Relaciones, el Carácter y la Naturaleza de Dios, el Corazón Paternal de Dios, Alabanza y Adoración, Teoría de Música, Cosmovisión Bíblica, etc. Una parte fascinante de quien es Dios tiene que ver con la música y el arte. Seas músico o no, tendrás una oportunidad para descubrir más de Dios y de quien Él quiere que seas en cada área de tu vida.
