The YWAM ship is here!!!!

Base : YWAM Newcastle - The Youth Street Base

Come and check out our YWAM medical ship in Newcastle harbour this week. It has been a hive of activity with local radio, newspaper and television stations visiting the ship and hearing about how Australia can get involved. There have been hundreds of YWAMers from Brisbane, Adelaide, and Townsville not to mention Newcastle locations going into High Schools and promoting the ship throughout the city.

The tours began on Tuesday and there have been hundreds of teenagers coming to the ship and bringing toothbrushes and spectacles.

Today we had a civic reception with the Lord Mayor at City Hall and heard from the CEO of YWAM Pacific Link (also director of YWAM Townsville).

Come down for a tour and see how you can be involved! The ship leaves Monday for Sydney then down to Adelaide.
